Making digital fashion accessories through AI and VR sculpting with Ivano Salonia

On Friday the 15th of December, we’re hosting an exploratory demo with Ivano on how to bring artificially created accessories to life.
Ivano Salonia is an XR artist and Creative Director based in Amsterdam. He works at the intersection of artistic practice and design with new media. Since 2018 his work has been focused exclusively on experimenting alternative artistic production processes and visual languages involving VR and AR and new technologies.
He is active in the web3 space since spring 2021, as a founding member of voyager.xyz Creative DAO, a community of artists gathering together around art practice and co-creation. He is interested in community building, digital events, web3 tools and new identities for new autonomous organization. He is also an NFT collector.
Throughout this Demo, Ivano will be running you through a researched workflow he has developed to combine VR, AI and 3D design to created accessories to augment your styles. He will start by generating a concept with an image generator, map it onto a model with a 3D software, bring it to life with VR sculpting and finalize it by bringing it back into the 3D software.
