A presentation by our desginer Luc Nagel on the basics of designing sound for an animation and an introduction to working with new and improved geometry nodes system in Blender.

Luc Nagel is a creative technologist at UNI_VERSE and the unofficial in-house Blender ambassador. He has also been producing for as long if not longer as Look Angle.
He will explain the basics of Geometry Nodes workflows in Blender, as well as how to use sound to push your animations to the next level.
Blender is a free and open source 3D program. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline—modelling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing and much more. Basic knowledge of 3D software is required for this workshop.
Join us on Saturday, October 21st, for a special workshop that dives into the powerful world of open-source creative tools
If you do not have a workstation that you can bring, we have a limited number of stations we can lend and will be choosing participants based on this as well.
