Senior 3D Designer/ Art Director with a strong affinity for emerging techniques and technologies.
Role
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Art Director/Creative Director to join our team at UNI_VERSE. As a senior member of our team, you will lead and mentor a team of artists and designers to produce high-quality work for our clients. You will work closely with our producers and designers to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Responsabilities
- Lead and mentor a team of artists and designers to create high-quality 3D animation, AR, VR, VFX, and new technology projects.
- Overseeing production pipeline
- Collaborate with our producers and developers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Conceptualize and develop creative solutions for our clients' needs, including but not limited to storytelling, visual identity, and user experience design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team and clients.
- Present and communicate ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure that all work produced by the team meets UNI_VERSE's high standards for quality, creativity, and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director in a digital creative studio or advertising agency.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Proficient in 3D animation, AR, VR, VFX, and new technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Passionate about the latest trends and innovations in the industry.
