Senior Project Manager to join our Amsterdam office and manage our projects from start to finish.
Role
We are offering a full-time Project Manager position in a human-size, passionate, award-winning creative studio. You will be working and collaborating closely with the team and our clients to ensure the delivery of high-end interactive experiences, with a deep focus on service, quality and timing. You will be involved in projects of all kinds of scale, guiding everyone involved. Your role will be to identify scopes, list deliverables, anticipate needs, understand timelines, and manage both external & internal communications.
About you
- 7+ years of digital project management experience in a digital creative studio or agency.
- Strong knowledge of management processes.
- Experience in collaborating with developers, designers, contributors and clients.
- Detail-oriented in all aspects of your work.
- The ability to work on several projects at a time and work under pressure.
- Previous work with bigger/international clients
- Excited by the potential of new technology
- Permitted to work in the EU
- Motivated and responsible
- Comfortable English speaking level
- Based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- You will oversee the internal workflow, project profitability and timelines.
- You will have a pivotal role on production management.
- Ensure status reports on progress, milestones, deliveries, and support to the Studio Director.
- Manage daily meetings, client requests and project needs.
- Make sure to deliver all projects on budget and on time.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge using tools such as Notion, Slack, Numbers...
- Exceptional communication skills (spoken and written).
- Familiar with both design and development processes.
- Previous experience with small/mid to large-scale digital projects.
- Passionate about bringing ambitious ideas to life.
- The ability to maintain and evolve internal and external processes, structures and & systems.
- A leadership and proactive approach with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects.
